Elaboration: Selection of grapes at the optimum moment of ripeness, followed by
maceration and fermentation using temperature control.
Visual phase: Pale yellow, with green highlights.
Olfactory phase: It stands out for its floral aroma and very marked tropical fruits, being subtle
and elegant. It invites you to enjoy the glass for a long time.
Gustatory phase: Very tasty and with medium acidity, with a fruity aroma on the palate, with
a very marked fruit, persistent and balanced.
Pairing: Rice, seafood, fish, soft cheese and pasta.
Consumption temperature: Serve very cold, between 5º/7ºC.
