Cigales Red Wine
Red wine of the year, is made with selected Tempranillo grapes from the Region of Cigales, Valladolid (Spain).
It has an intense and stable colour, with fresh scents and fruits, such as raspberry and strawberry; of velvety palate.
Best drinking temperature: between 16ºC – 18ºC.
Perfect with: rice, cheese, cold meats, red meats and wildfowl.
Tasting Notes: red cherry intense colour with clean and bright garnet glints. Smelling Notes: intense and powerful with well defined notes of lilacs and petunias together with toasted flavours of toffee and coffee and perfectly integrated spices without hiding the fruit. Palate Tasting: powerful but easy to drink, with aromatic intensive very ripe wild fruit give way to cocoa, vanilla, licorice and spices followed by mature tannins and a soft silk finish. A full bodied wine, sweet, dense and with perfect harmony.
