Elaboration: 12 months in French oak barrels. Selection of grapes at the optimum moment of ripeness.
Visual phase: Cherry red color, very intense and stable.
Olfactory phase: Notes of raspberry and blackberry appear, with nuances of vanilla and oak.
Gustatory phase: A silky texture, refreshing acidity and fine tannins, leading to a flavour of sweet spices and coffee. A smooth entry and hints of red forest fruits, with a toasted touch and light nuances of wood.
Pairing: Rice, cheese, sausage, red meat and game.
Consumption temperature: Sírvase entre 18º/23ºC.
